New survey findings show that specialists in dementia care predict positive and rapid changes to their clinical practice from the increased use of digital technologies by patients and caregivers.
Dr Alan Cronemberger Andrade from the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP) in Brazil, presented the findings, part of a Brazilian pilot study called the DigiTAU project. A total of 51 experienced health care professionals completed the survey (a 87.9% response rate) asking for views on digital technology use now and in the future.
